Upon a project confirmation, Web Temple assigns a Project Manager to handle and coordinate the website design project development. All website design requirement including web application requirement will be handed over to the assigned Project Manager.

These are the website design project phases:

PHASE 1 – MATERIAL COLLECTION & REQUIREMENT GATHERING
  1. Website Content and Material Collection. Duration: Whenever client ready.
  2. Website Content Compilation. Duration: 4 hours
  3. Website User Experience (UX) or User Interface (UI) aka Website Design Visual Requirement Gathering. Duration: Approximately 1 to 2 hours of meeting with client
  4. Our website design team perform in depth study upon all material and requirement are gathered. Duration: 4 hours
PHASE 2 – WEBSITE MOCKUP DESIGN
  1. Our website design team starts Website Mockup Design. Duration: 2 working days
  2. Website Design Team Internal Website Mockup Review & Enhancement. Duration: 2 hours
  3. Release Website Mockup Design for Client Review & Comment. Duration: 3 days
  4. Further Website Mockup Design Enhancement. Duration: 1 – 2 days
PHASE 3 – DRAFT WEBSITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
  1. Draft Website Development starts upon the Website Mockup Design has been approved. Duration: 5 to 10 days, depending on the volume of website content involved.
  2. Website Design Team Internal Review, Testing & Enhancement for cross platform browser and mobile devices. Duration: 2 – 3 days
  3. Release Draft Website for Client Review & Comment. Duration: 3 Days
  4. Further Draft Website Enhancement. Duration 1 – 2 days
PHASE 4 – WEBSITE DEPLOYMENT. WEBSITE GO LIVE
  1. Pre-Live Preparation before deploying to web server. Duration: 4 hours to 1 day
  2. Backup Existing Website. Duration: 4 hours
  3. Deploy New Website. Duration: 4 hours
  4. Post-Deployment Test. Duration: 3 hours
