Introduction
This Domain Name Registration and Renewal Policy ("Policy") governs the registration, renewal, and management of domain names provided by Web Temple ("We," "Us," "Our"). By registering or transferring a domain with/to us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

  1. Registration Process

    1. Eligibility:

      • Domain registrations are available to individuals and entities meeting the requirements of the respective domain registry.

    2. Accuracy of Information:

      • You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

      • Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in suspension or termination of the domain.

    3. Domain Availability:

      • Domains are registered on a first-come, first-served basis.

      • We do not guarantee the availability of any requested domain until registration is confirmed.

  2. Renewal and Expiry

    1. Renewal Notices:

      • Renewal reminders :Three reminders will follow: 30 days, 15 days, and 7 days before the expiry date.

      • It is your responsibility to ensure timely renewal of the domain.

    2. Grace Period:

      • Expired domains may enter a grace period (as defined by the registry), during which you can renew the domain at the regular renewal rate.

    3. Redemption Period:

      • Domains not renewed during the grace period may enter a redemption period. Additional fees may apply for domain recovery.

    4. Deletion:

      • Domains not renewed or recovered by the end of the redemption period may be permanently deleted or released to the public

  3. Fees and Payments

    1. Registration Fees:

      • Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the registration is confirmed.

    2. Renewal Fees:

      • Renewal fees may vary and will be specified in the renewal notice.

    3. Additional Charges:

      • Fees for redemption or recovery of expired domains will be communicated during the process.

  4. Ownership and Transfers

    1. Ownership Rights:

      • The registered domain is owned by the entity listed as the registrant in the WHOIS record.

    2. Transfers:

      • You may transfer your domain to another registrar, subject to registry rules and completion of any outstanding payments

      • Transfers are prohibited within 30 days or 60 days, depending on registry, of registration or previous transfer, per ICANN regulations.

    3. Disputes:

      • Ownership disputes are resolved based on the policies of the respective domain registry and ICANN’s Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP).

  5. Responsibilities

      • Keep your contact details up-to-date.

      • Comply with the registry’s rules and regulations for the domain.

    2. Prohibited Activities:

      • Use of domains for illegal activities, spam, or malicious purposes is strictly prohibited.
