Service Renewal Policy

Last Updated : Oct 2025

Introduction
This Service Renewal Policy (“Policy”) outlines the renewal terms and conditions that apply to all recurring or subscription-based services provided by Web Temple (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) to our customers (“You,” “Your”). By purchasing, subscribing, or renewing any service, you agree to this Policy, which forms part of our overall service terms and conditions.

  1. Scope

    1. Covered Services, including but not limited to:
      • Hosting services (web, email, cloud, VPS, or dedicated)

      • Managed services (server, website, or application management)

      • Maintenance services (technical or editorial)

      • Larvee application products and licenses

      • Domain name registration and renewal

      • SSL certificates, IP addresses, and related add-ons

      • Third-party or partner-provided services managed via Web Temple

      • Any future products, platforms, or subscription-based services introduced by Web Temple or its affiliates

    2. Exclusions:
      • One-off or project-based deliverables (e.g., custom development projects, consulting, or design projects without recurring components) are excluded unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  2. Renewal Terms

    1. Minimum Subscription Period:
      • All new service subscriptions are subject to a minimum initial term of one (1) year , unless otherwise specified in the quotation, service order, or agreement.

    2. Auto-Renewal:
      • All eligible services automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle for an additional equivalent term (e.g., annually, semi-annually, or monthly) unless a written cancellation notice is received according to Section 3 of this Policy.

    3. Renewal Notification:
      • Renewal invoices and reminders are issued at least 30 days before the renewal date. Continued use of the service, or payment of the renewal invoice, constitutes acceptance of renewal.

    4. Grace Periods and Service Continuity:
      • If payment is not received by the renewal date, the service may enter a grace period (typically 7 days) before suspension.

After the grace period, access may be suspended or permanently terminated without further notice.

    5. Partner and Third-Party Services:
      • Renewal schedules, billing cycles, and grace periods for services provided through partners or upstream vendors (e.g., domain registrars, SSL authorities, or cloud platforms) follow each partner’s respective policy. Web Temple manages these renewals on your behalf as a convenience, but ultimate renewal responsibility remains with the customer.

  3. Cancellation of Renewal / Non-Renewal

    1. Notice Requirement:
      • To opt out of auto-renewal, you must provide at least 30 days’ written notice prior to the renewal date. Notice must be submitted via our official communication channels or contact form.

    2. Acknowledgment of Non-Renewal:
      • A confirmation will be issued once your non-renewal request is processed. Absence of written confirmation does not constitute a valid cancellation.

    3. Early Cancellation During an Active Term:
      • If cancellation occurs before the current subscription term ends, the remaining unused period is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the governing agreement.

Please refer to our Service Cancellation and Termination Policy for full details.

  4. Fees, Adjustments, and Payment

    1. Pricing Changes:
      • We may revise renewal rates or introduce new pricing structures prior to each renewal cycle. Any change will be reflected in the renewal invoice and published pricing. Continued use or payment after renewal constitutes acceptance of the new rates.

    2. Taxes and Regulatory Fees:
      • All renewal fees are subject to applicable taxes, duties, and regulatory charges in accordance with local laws.

    3. Outstanding Balances:
      • Renewals cannot be completed while there are outstanding or overdue invoices under your account. Services may be suspended until all dues are cleared.

  5. Renewal Failures and Account Status

    1. Non-Payment:
      • Failure to pay a renewal invoice within the specified period may result in service suspension or termination without further notice.

    2. Data Retention:
      • Following non-renewal or expiry, service-related data may be retained for up to 30 days (or less for partner services) before permanent deletion.

    3. Restoration after Expiry:
      • Reactivation or restoration of expired services is subject to feasibility, applicable reinstatement fees, and the policies of upstream partners.

  6. Future and Unlisted Services

This Policy also applies to any future recurring, subscription, or automated billing services introduced by Web Temple or its subsidiaries .
Customers are advised to review this Policy periodically for the latest terms.
If a new service introduces unique renewal conditions, those specific terms will take precedence while remaining consistent with this Policy.
Please refer to our Service Cancellation and Termination Policy for full details.
After the grace period, access may be suspended or permanently terminated without further notice.

  7. Amendments

    1. Policy Updates:
      • Web Temple reserves the right to amend this Policy at its sole discretion. Updated versions will be published on our official website.
Customers are advised to review this Policy periodically for the latest terms.

    2. Notification of Changes:
      • While we may notify customers of significant revisions, it remains the customer’s responsibility to stay informed. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
