Introduction
This Third-Party Service Integration Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms for integrating and using third-party services with Web Temple’s ("We," "Us," "Our") products and services. By engaging in third-party integrations, you agree to the terms in this Policy.
Scope of Integrations
Integration with payment gateways, CRMs, marketing platforms, and other third-party tools explicitly listed in your service agreement.
Custom integration requests must be documented in a separate agreement and may incur additional fees.
We are not responsible for the performance or reliability of third-party services or tools outside our control.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid licenses or subscriptions for third-party services.
Fees and Payment
Fees for third-party integrations will be outlined in your agreement or invoice.
Any costs charged by third-party providers are your responsibility.
For third-party tools resold by us, such as software licenses or subscriptions, you are required to comply with the terms set by the third-party provider. These items may have additional costs and conditions which will be clearly outlined in your invoice or agreement.
Invoices for integration services are due immediately upon issuance. However, if a payment term of 7 or 14 days is specified on the invoice, payment must be made within that timeframe.
Support and Maintenance
We provide support for issues directly related to integration setup or functionality within our control.
Issues stemming from third-party service outages, updates, or changes must be resolved with the third-party provider.
If updates to our systems or the third-party service require reconfiguration, additional fees may apply.
Limitations of Liability
We do not guarantee the performance or uptime of third-party services.
We are not liable for data loss or corruption caused by third-party services.
Our liability for integration-related issues is limited to the amount paid for the integration services.
Termination
You may terminate third-party integrations by providing 30 days’ written notice. Fees for completed work are non-refundable.
We may terminate integration services for non-payment or breach of terms with 7 days’ notice.
Upon termination, we will provide any integration-specific documentation or data upon request. Data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Amendments
This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Customers are advised to review this Policy on our website periodically to stay informed of any updates.
While not obligated, we may provide notifications of significant updates as a gesture of goodwill. Missed notifications will not excuse non-compliance with the updated Policy.
